Howard Jackson FCA, Associate Director -

Howard qualified in 1985 and has gained extensive experience within the profession within a Big-4 firm and as a partner of a medium-sized practice for eleven years.

Over the past ten years, he has utilised a broad range of skills to advise and assist in the development and growth of numerous companies across a variety of industries.

In 2004, Howard was appointed finance director of a construction company where he:

• Implemented an advanced accounting system;
• Initiated procedures to capture data and produce reports;
• Produced financial projections for raising finance and reporting to the board;
• Developed and implemented policies to control assets and reduce costs;
• Established an overseas subsidiary;
• Set up a division for the importation of goods and dealt with all tax and financial implications.

His key skills include strategic planning, business planning, financial modelling, tax compliance & planning, systems implementation, business acquisitions and financial analysis & reporting.
