Bryan Lawrie FCCA, Client Finance Director -

Bryan has a depth of experience providing advice and support to owner managed businesses and the SME sector. His expertise embraces organisations in both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors, and at the other end of the scale undertook a four-month secondment to the DTI dealing with the privatisation of a government department.

Recent roles include business planning, forecasting & strategy, advice to businesses setting up in the UK, and setting up outsourced accounting functions (accounts payable & receivable departments, payroll service including P11Ds, preparation of VAT returns and periodic management accounts – all the range of services that FD Solutions can assist with).

Bryan also has considerable expertise selecting suitable accounting software for clients, and acting as an interim finance manager. Bryan runs the administration and finance function of the Electricity Association, which is in the process of winding down its activities.

Bryan is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and has contributed to articles relating to accounting and financial systems in various business consultancy journals.
