cost of a full-time employee.
The team at FD Solutions is 45 strong and
encompasses all the skills required of an FD in all but the
most specialist sectors. There are:
- Six Directors, who
are qualified accountants with management experience of
running businesses;
- Five Associate Directors, qualified accountants with strong finance director skills and management rolls.
- Twelve Client Finance
Directors, qualified accountants who each have at least
ten years’ experience as Finance Directors of sizeable
companies;
- Client Financial Controllers, qualified accountants
recruited from industry and accountancy practices; and
- Bookkeepers. Generally we recommend that you employ
your own bookkeeper but we can help out here, too.
We will spend as much or as little time with you as necessary,
sometimes a day a month, sometimes five days a week. With
modern communications - emails and mobile phones - we’re
always available as easily as if we were in the next-door
office.
We don't levy retainers; we charge an hourly rate for the
time that we spend on your affairs. And there are no extras
for you to pay – no NICs, sick pay, paid holidays, pension
contributions, or company cars. And no redundancy payments
either: we often know at the outset of an assignment that
we’ll be acting for a limited time only.
